1.Tea

aapke dimag ko sharp and active karne me
help karta hai. But doston iska overdose

khelna chahiye chahe vo computer me ho,
parents ke sath ho, friends ke sath ho etc.

Apne aap ko relax feel karvane ke liye

negative thoughts se bhi aap dur rahte hai

13.Healthy Body
Dimag ke chakar me body ko ignore na
kare doston. Kyuki ek healthy body ke
paas hi healthy mind hota hai.

Apne body ke har parts ko feel kare or
apne breathe ko bhi feel kare. Ye ek mind
exercise hai jisse aapko apne bare me pta
lagta hai.

Normal stretch karne se bhi aapko aaram
feel hota hai. So jab body fit rahegi to mind
automatically sharp or active rahega.
